How do I fix the door/lock of my 1991 Acura Integra? I can only open the driver side door from the outside

there are 2. the main one for the driver's side, is right next to the radiator on the driver's side. The other fan is for the A/C. It's relay is on the OTHER side of the radiator.

Opposite side of the throttle body from the throttle cable. As the throttle cable pulls the throttle open it moves the sensor. It should be rather tight to the firewall and sometimes hard to see.
