Did you check for battery power at the fuses, or did you give them the "Eyeball Test". The two fuses involved in your problem are fuse "O" and fuse "H". Fuse "O" will only have battery power when the ignition switch is in the "ACC" or "ON" positions. Fuse "H" will have battery power at all times. If both of these fuses have battery power when they are supposed to, the problem is probably your illumination control switch is either defective or turned off. If fuse H has no power, the problem is in the main wiring harness between the battery and the fuse block. If fuse "O" does not have power when it is supposed to, the problem is most likely your ignition switch.
