You seem to have a constant drain on the battery. You can measure this by using a clamp amp meter on the battery positive wire. Try removing relays and fuses on parts of your electrical system until the drain goes down to a very low level. There is always a drain on the battery as it feeds the alarm etc. It may be that you have a hidden boot light or similar staying on due to a bad switch. If you do not have the correct type of amp meter - contact a good auto electrician and he will soon find the problem. As you have a problem with your wipers I would suggest taking the fuse and relay out to this first - as the problem may be here with a wire or connection fault. Hope this helps - good luck.

When you say everything goes dead are we talking all lights, radio, wipers? If so, main power or ground cables bad or fusible link. If just engine, check coil, ignition module, crank/cam position sensor.

Replace the wiper motor often time there is a dead spot on the commutator. If you want to be sure unplug the motor and use a jumper wire with 12 volts to the appropriate terminal to energize the motor, you may need to ground one of the teminals to get it to work, if the motor runs with out interuption then yes it is most likely the wiper switch bad ground or a break in the harness somewhere, check and repair the easiest first ground wire motor jump wire check etc. then the switch.

Wipers don,t work at all bench tested motor replaced circuit bord and motor still dosen't work fuse is good

Welcome to the company of those of us with a case of the "Lost ground."

Wiper circuits are notorious for being coonected to a ganged / terminal junction ground that in 10 years starts to act weird.

Get a piece of good wire, strip both ends and physically attach it to the chassis of your wiper motor assy and attach the other end of the wire to the NEGATIVE battery post and try your wirpers.

My bet is it works fine.

If this fixes your wiper motor problem keep an eye out for other weird electrical things that start happening "out of the blue" because the problem with the missing ground / bad "terminal junction ground" is still out there lying in wait and it eventually will affect other circuits. I do not know where the terminal junction is on your Suburban without looking for it myself.

My headlights, my turn signal lights, hazard lights and my wipers are not working

with this little bit of info all i can say is, start simple check your battery terminals they may have build up keeping you from getting all the juice you need to run your lights, then check all your fuses, sounds like a fuse problem, anyway start with that
