Heat guage does not work. I drove the Jeep yesterday and the guage was not working suddenly I looked down at the guage and it was working I looked again in a few minuits annd it was not working and has not worked again. where is the sensor for the guage?

The coolant teperature sensor is located at the back of the motor on the same side as your fuel injectors and it is what controles your temperature gauge

Check the thermostat.It sounds as though it's stuck in the open position. Fuel comsumpion increases as well.

1989 jeep wrangler wont shift gear and clutch gone loose

Get the clutch slave cylinder and master cylinder looked at.One of the 2 has failed.If the pedal goes to the floor or is very loose,this is very likely the cause.Not an expensive fix.Hope this helps

Sounds like you are having a clutch problem. The sudden looseness in the clutch pedal indicates a problem with either the hydralic system, (slave or master or line) leaking or clutch pressure plate going out. Check your clutch fluid resevoir first, if low look for a leak under the vehicle, have a friend push the clutch and get underneath to find leak.

Check all of your fuses under the hood, and under the dash inside jeep on the passenger side in front of the door, on side panel.

your speed sensor is on the side of the trany just go to you local parts house and look at the sensor you'll find it . it's realy that simple . hope this has been helpful to you !

Oil pressure gauage reading high

depending on the weather, and how cold it is, oil pressure will run high until it warms up. now if it still runs high after it warms up then its most likely the oil sending unit.
