I dont have a manual for 1999 Ford Winstar - there is a warning light on the dash - lower right corner that looks somewhat like a light with lines coming out of it? What does that mean?

Iluminates when the ignition is in the ON position and one of t eexterior bulbs has burned out.

Also, in here can find the 1999 Ford Windstar Owners Manual

I hope helps with this (remember rated this help) Good luck.

I have a dashboard light on in my 2001 Ford Windstar. It looks like a lightbult with an exclamation point in it. Now sure what it is. It also at times feels like i am driving on those rumble strips. If I...

Well dont go south on the just got one that perhaps wasnt well taken care of.

The indicator I believe tells you you have a burnt out bulb in your sytems somewhere?

The rough driving.....could be a number of things.....could need tune up, could be a bad or lose exhaust...could be bad motor mounts?

Have to have that one looked at a bit more in depth.

Replacing corner light bulb ford windstar 2000

there are screws that connect the outer portion of the fender (the black painted part) to a black plastic piece underneath the car and going up into the wheel well. From the point where it goes from horizontal (ahead of the wheel well) to vertical, remove three screws in both directions. You may have to get a pair of locking pliers (vise-grips) to start them. Once removed you can lay on the ground and look up into the space where the light is. You can twist and remove to replace the bulb, and it also looks like there's enough room to get tools up in there if you have to replace the lens.

You probably have a frayed wire leading from the main cable to the headlamp.  Look closely where it may be touching the frame and see if you have any wear etc.
