Spark plug gap for 4 cylider turbo 89 caravan voyager

It depends on the plug. The OEM Bosch is pre-gapped. All others are 0.050 (50 thou) or 1.3mm.

If you buy new plugs that are correct for your car, they normally come pre gapped (particularly platinum and other 'non copper' plugs). I like to run 36/1000 or 0.8mm. But 1.1mm (43/1000) is also common.

0.8 mm. if it is the single spark option. If you have the tri spark plugs then they are pre gapped.

Chrysler Voyager seem function well on Champion spark plugs. I had the same issue and only after buying Genuine Champion Plugs, the car resonded with power

if you run the platinum plugs the gaps are already set.
autolite makes a good spark plug for the voyagers

I believe that the gap you need is .035 . My personal vehicle is an '88, and i set my plug gap at .035. This has worked fine for 10 years. Also, the plugs that work the best are nippondenso u-groove. My mileage and power seem to be the best with these plugs. (this is for the 2.4 litre 4 cylinder, but i believe the gap also works for the v-6.)
