I am looking to install a pair of Angel Eyes for my 2003 Toyota Corolla S as per http://www.kbcarstuff.com/Toyota-Corolla-Projector-Headlights-p/2lhpcor03jmtm.htm Would I need to install an HID kit for both high and low beams before I purchase this?

You shouldn't. The kit should come complete with everything you need. You might call them just to verify before forking out the "denaroes"

Where is a/c relay fuse located on 2003 toyota corolla

Open the car hood. There is a black box with a snap-on cover to the right of your battery. Once you remove the top cover, look inside the top and it wiil show you which relay is your A/C relay. I believe it is a white colored relay located back right in the relay block or holder.

MY TOYOTA COROLLA ENGINE VIBRATE EVERYTIME I SWITCH ON MY AIRCON

if this is a 4 cylinder engine, when the a/c is kicked on it will vibrate some. if this is a v-6 then it may need to be looked at. do not think that engines will not vibrate. when you turn on the a/c you are in fact applying a load to the engine which drags it down a little. this is the nature.

2003 Toyota Corolla LE back seat fold down? how?!

Open the back trunk, look near the top of the trunk, and pull the two black levers. They have a seat folding down symbol. That will release the locks to fold the back seat down.
