Either a new tyre valve sensor or the reciever ,but in the snow it could have got too cold for the electronics to work ,you might find that when it warms up it will work ok

When it displays just dashes and no psi reading it means that the module in the car isn't getting any reading from that tire pressure sensor in the wheel. Inflate all of the tires to the specification on the label on the drivers door jam. If it does not correct itself then try programming the sensor. You can do it yourself by putting it in learn mode and deflating the tires until you hear the horn chirp starting with the drivers front tire and working your way around clockwise. You have to program all tires any time that you do this. You will hear a horn chirp at each tire when it is learned and a double chirp when all are learned. One thing to keep in mind is that just because it displays the right rear tire as being the problem it could be a different tire if they have ever been rotated and the sensors weren't reprogrammed then it will display them in the wrong position. The other important note is to make sure you inflate them exactly to specification for maximum tire life and fuel economy most places are horrible about overinflating tires to prevent the light from coming on when the temperature drops significantly. There is no car in the world that will turn the light on if you inflate them to spec with a gauge. Lastly don't be surprised when you set the pressure with a gauge and the car reads a couple of psi lower those sensors are notoriously inaccurate trust your gauge reading it is much more accurate.
The traction light came on when I went to check tire pressure all tire info said ---PSI--- for right front and rear and left front and rear. It drove okay and I looked at tires they appeared okay... should I be worried ?
Fill rear tires with air first. let vehicule stay over night in heated garage to defrost sensors
