Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/Performance,computer see's signal from the Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor and/or its circuit is sending erratic readings, indicating a fuel pressure condition that is abnormal. Problems could be out of gas, leaking fuel, faulty fuel pressure sensor, bad wire or plug in circuit,fuel pressure regulator, the fuel pump could be faulty also. Code 191 is for a fuel rail pressure sensor that is out of range.
The sensor and circuit would need to be checked with a scanner.
The sensor is telling the computer fuel pressure is too high or too low.
If you are talking about a trouble code for the pressure sensor, the sensor may be telling the computer the fuel pressure is too high. The sensor is mounted in the fuel rail on the engine.
