2010 Ford Fusion fuse panel. There is a power distribution fuse box under the hood but to my understanding there is a regular or standard fuse panel under the steering wheel to the left of the brake pedal. My question is do you have to remove the actually panel or plastic cover over the steering column? I can not see and other panel.

In the owner's manual, there is absolutely no information on how to "access" the fuse panel.
It is supposed to be located somewhere to the left of the sterering column.
But I can't see any obvious 'fuse panel'.

I found mine. It is up higher and further to the left than you might think. I can touch it, but no way without being a certified contortionist would I be able to remove the cover and actually remove the right fuse for inspection. I am wondering if I need to remove the drivers seat. Maybe I need to hire a little kid. I found mine. It is up higher and further to the left than you might think.
