Just replaced the fuel relay. Car idles badly. Once I get it cranked, it seems like it is missing really bad. Have replaced plugs, wires, rotor button, etc. Had it put on the computer and nothing showed up on that.

Are you sure that the plug wires are in the right order? Fuel filter, is there water in the fuel? Is the air filter and air intake clean and clear?

Why won't my 2008 Honda Accord start?

If you can get someone to crank the car over for you, get a can of starting fluid and spray it into the air filter box, remove the filter and spray while cranking. If it starts for a few seconds and it wasn't doing that before u spray starting fluid in it then there's pretty much only 3 things it could be. Out of gas. The fuel pump is bad or the fuel pump relay. Although it could be the computer or jumped time. Hard to say without knowing the history and mileage

Car cuts off and gets harder to crank

A bad O2 sensor would not prevent it from starting. The computer ignores the O2 sensor until the engine warms up. If the fuel pressure is good, check the engine coolant temp sensor. If that's bad, the computer may think the engine is warmer/colder than it really is and will give the wrong air/fuel mixture.

Hi there my 1996 honda accord is giving problems in the cold weather on startup. The battery seems good and the starter as well it cranks over just fine but no ignition. The car is struggles to start....

I would need more info on the 96:
when you say struggles to start do you mean it cranks for a long period of time or does it sound weak when cranking.

On the 94:
It very much sounds like the idle control motor. Usually if you let the vehicle warm up in place you can avoid this. take the idle air control off and see if there is a lot of carbon build up and clean carefully.
Most often I opt for replacing the idle control motor.

Remember if this helps, please leave feedback and vote. Thank you and good luck.

a bad starter relay would do it but i dont know where the starter relay is located on your car, bad battery cable and starter connections would do it a bad ground connection would also do it, and sometimes but not very often a bad or worn ignition switch can do it also.

crank angle sensors and ignition modules, ignition coils that are faulty behave like this when faulty try pouring water over crank sensor when it stops and see if it starts after being cooled down if it restarts then you found which is faulty.

HONDA Accord 1981 model

the fuel is bad, check your fuel lines and put new fuel in. fuel does go bad if you leave it sitting too long, next time run your car for 15-30 min once a week to prevent this
