if it is a fuse u would have a fuse compartment inside the vehicle under drivers side schinn pannel or one the kick panels or right where the door closes to the dash and there may be a location under the hood it could be a relay or worst case the heating elements went out in them
does the temp gauge or light come on? is the car over heating? .... oh and a starter can test fine when its cold, but the heat soak from the engine and exhaust affect it's performance drastically. it sounds like you need a new starter.
a bad tps sensor will cause: transmission shift issues, bucking, jerking, idle surging, engine cutoff, hesitation on takeoff, surge while cruising down highway. to check, remove connector from tps, use a ohms meter and probe center and any one of the other connectors, move throttle slow. if it jumps or does not stay steady while moving throttle, its bad. if the needle on ohms meter moves good then the tps is ok. move throttle plate slowly.
From the back of the front door slide your hand in the sliding door crack and find the child-safety-lever. Push the lever up and/or down while moving the sliding door manual lock/unlock button to the up position. Also works on the non-powered sliding door.
did they replace the valve when the tire was replaced? you could have the tire re-seated with some "bead sealer" if it is a minor leak at the rim otherweise you would probobly need a new rim
On my 2000 Oldsmobile Silhouette, the air bag light occasionally comes on. What I found is that under the drivers seat, there are some electrical connections. Make sure all of those are tight. Make sure you have nothing under the drivers seat pushing on the cables.
