1995 cadillac deville wont start i have replaced the filter and have plenty of gas in the fuel rail a week ago it stalled wile driving i put in nutral and started back up now yesterday it stalled and i get it to start unless i spray starter fluid in carb.

Replace the fuel filter. The new gasolines with ethanol tend to lloosen any crud in the gas tank, which then plugs the filter. When the engine stalls, the crud falls away, and it will run again until it plugs up again.
Perhaps when the fuel pump was replaced, the filter was not replaced, or the dirt in the tank was not cleaned out. Sometimes these problems are a result of the filter getting clogged up and fuel is not able to reach the fuel rail. The car sits for a while, the sediment falls from the filter, it then starts and runs for a time, all the while, little by little, the sediment recollects and starves the fuel rail again.

I had the same problem with my 1995 Eldorado. What I found was a fuel leak sourced at the fuel rail (some kind of plastic tubing) above the engine. I found out that there was a recall for this fuel rail. The dealer replaced it for free with stainless steal. It's lucky my car didn't burn to the ground.
Last week there was a house that caught fire here in Portland. The fire started in a carport. Guess what kind of car was sitting in the carport. Guess where the firefighters believe the fire started. The answers, a Cadillac Eldorado and in the engine compartment of the car.
