How do you take out a dimmer switch on a 1995 Saturn?

Have you tried the dash dimmer switch? Check the owners manual to locate the switch. It should roll up to your desired brightness as it is rolled down to dim it will eventually darken the whole dashboard.

Could be the headlight switch, dimmer switch, or a short in the wiring.

Check your dimmer switch. When a dimmer switch goes bad only one set of lights work being either the bright or the low beams.

I wopuld suggest you replace the dimmer control switch for the dash lighting.

Play with the dimmer switch with headlight switch ON.. (on and off severl times) at night to see if your light come on. if they come on you know it's you dimmer...if not its probley need new headlight switch..Hope this will help you??

Typically this can be caused by a bad fuse,bad dimmer switch or a poor connection to the dimmer switch due to wires fraying or terminals at the dimmer switch melting.

Keep it simple and is the dimmer switch turned down??? Recheck your dimmer switch to make sure it's turned up when your head lights are turned on.

look for loosen battery wires, corrosion in them. check ground wire all the way to the engine block make sure its connected right and check ground to the body of your vehicle.
