grounds to LR is bad or rusty or mangled wires ground.
starting fluid is a thing of the past. dont use it. this car doesnt have a carb, its a throttle body/ electronic fuel injection system. you most likely have a fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator issue. test the fuel pressure, should be anywheres from 35-50 psi
Hello! First lets check electrical connections...You'll need a multimeter...I'll send a voltage drop test procedure if you have experience in that area... If you do not, I'll talk you through it...If readings are correct, I would suspect the starter motor itself...The only other cause would be missing teeth on the flywheel...However, It sounds like it occurs every time you attempt to start which virtually eliminates the flywheel...
