I've got a 460 in a 38' RV. The previous owner left the ignition key on for a few days and burned up something. I've replaced the distributor (with pick-up module), the coil, the ignition module (on firewall), and still no spark. I've got 12v at BOTH terminals of the coil, but can't find a ground problem either. HELP!!

We can't supply those, but you can find them on eBay. The are called Ford Vacuum and electrical troubleshooting guides. The book is a large pamphlet format.
If you're getting spark and cranking replace the starter solenoid, if no spark and cranking replace the ignition module, if nothing is happening but have power replace the ignition switch.
Since the distributor is in the front on the 460 and you replaced the water pump check the connection plug coming from the distributor. If you disconnected it when removing the water pump you may not have made the connection tight enough to complete the connection. Look for pinched wires also. And your engine does not have points. You have a breakerless ignition system in the distributor. The air gap should be set at 8 thousands of an inch. Check the gap. Good luck.
