Heater was not working on 1-2-3 but worked on 4 untill yesterday. Yesterday it came and went on 4, and now today it stoped working all together. My cruise control also quit working yesterday.

It sounds like either a blower relay or the blower motor went bad.If you can run a jumper wire from the battery to the blower and the blower works then its the relay thats bad

Check for bad connection at heater resistor or try tapping heater motor lightly
with ignition switch on and heater switch on. Could be heater switch connection.
