Check for a bad ground around the headlamp wiring. You have power at the lamps but the ground may be preventing full load to the lights.

My headlights are very dim when on dim.

If you had the wrong fuse, the fuse would blow.
Chances are its a bad connection somewhere, like the dimmer switch. You could test the power and ground at each headlight to verify.

Right headlight is dim , even when i turn the brights on, but the blinker works, left side headlight all works good.on a 2001 chevy malibu

You may have a loose or corroded headlight ground to the body, the ground wires are in most GM attached to the body near the headlight under the hood. Check all the grounds you can see on the inside of the fender, tighten and clean the with a wire brush, also check the headlight connector for problems like corrosion or not fully seated to the headlight bulb.

06 honda civic are headlights always dim?

Well, if you truly believe they are dim, voltage drop test on the power side of the headlight circuit, and then on the ground side. Separately. If there is excessive voltage drop in the wiring, that would cause dim headlights.

If the headlights and dash are dim when u turn multiple electrical items on, then it is a bad Electrical Load Detector(ELD)

Headlights

The only thing that all of your problems have in common is the light switch and the dash wiring harness. The stereo is linked to the light switch because of it's illumination feature' You need to test the light switch with a test light by probing the wires at it's plug.
