Sounds more like a timing problem than an O2 Sensor. Distributor out of Sync would be my guess. It ran better at Higher idles because the timing belt/chain was tight from tension at low idle the timing was off which caused your problems. Now the belt is either broken or so loose the timing is out and the vehicle won't fire. If it has a Distributor cap remove it and watch the rotor. If it turns the belt is intact but Timing may still be off.
Comments and Clarifications:
grrsasquatch 2 hours ago I replaced the pick up inside of the distributer... still no fire... i checked the sparks plugs again and im getting spark... checked the rack and there was fuel...is it possible it could be my ballast on my fender??? or could it be my idle controll valve??? or the ignition control module... im still lost on this one!!! grrsasquatch 2 hours ago No slap or sounds what so ever came from my timing chain... i replaced the pick up in the distributer... still wont fire up... could it be my ignition control module??? this device does ****** and advance timing? or could it be the idle control valve? or the ballast mounted on the drivers side fender??? so many sensors where do i start??? someone help please...

grrsasquatchposted nowOh and the only code i picked up off my obd was 54 and i replaced that and still no go... Its to wierd she was running fine, besides putting in the new altnator, then the battery and then fixed the starter and right after this happens...this has to be a an easy fix... its just finding it...
I'm sorry but this still sounds like a timing or sucked valve issue to me. Being a 92 I assume it has well over 75,000 miles on the vehicle. Best case scenario the Timing chain/belt has a life of 150,000 and most recommend replacement at 60,000. It certainly could be the ignition control module. However, you have spark at the plug which means it is firing just at the wrong time. If the valves aren't working correctly you can have all the fuel in the world at the rail it will never get sucked into the piston are for ignition. Double check that alternator and make sure it is correct for your vehicle and installed correctly.

The alt is brand new and fit correctly as well as installed correctly.
If by chance as you say maybe the valve why didnt i hear anything? same goes with the timing chain never ever heard it slap at all, the jeep ran greatup till now.
The ignition control module does sevreal things as well the knock sensor and map...
Im not sure where to go on this, guess im going to to clean my throttlebody and IAC and see what that does.
By any chance is there a relay some where for the fuel injectors? not just the fuel pump, is it possible that relay was getting ready to go and then did go???
Not sure what to do...
