The OBD conector is located under the globe compartment, in the passenger side. The ECM is located in the pillar, beneath the trim cover... you must remove the cover and some of the plastic parts that protect it to access the ECM.
There will be screws/bolts around the outside(under some kind of covers), holding the center section on. after you get that off there will be one nut right in the center(remove that and pull the steering wheel(most of the time you need a steering wheel puller)

Dear Fuel Pump Locator..... The fuel pump for your tbird is located inside the fuel tank of the vehicle....as well as the sending unit for the fuel .Yes it is a bear to get down on the ground...especially without a car hoist.The starter solenoid should be on the LF inner febder under neath the hood of the vehicle...I HPE I HELPED!!
