You have bad switch if it were a bcm you would lose all of your lights

I had the same problem with my 2000 Impala. It stumped me for 2 1/2 yrs. I just replaced the hazard warning switch, it solved the issue. I hope this helps.

i would check the turn signal lever switch in the steering column.

sounds like the relay has shorted,need to fit new.

Sounds like the blinker relay. Is the emergency flasher switch on the dash above the radio ? If it is the blinkers relay is the same as the emergency relay. If the blinkers stop working pound on the emergency lights switch and if they start working then replace the emergency lights relay switch cause the blinkers is on the same relay as the emergency lights. My 2001 Grand Am does the same and I just hit the emergency lights switch and they start working again.

the flasher and the blinkers are serpent elements of the bulb and also have serpent flashers if none of your blinkers flash when manually doing it chock flasher it is round and usually by the fuss box some times on top there is also one 4 the hazard lights be sure key is on

It'll either be your signal lever contacts are not working properly, or the electronic flasher module (under dash by steering column and is labeled) that has gone bad
