I have a 07 Toyota Yaris and have been having 2 problems 1. car does not want to start in the mornings and sometimes at lunch but the second issue could be related - When I jump it off (which it starts right away) then there is a loud sweaking noise coming from under the hood. I was reading about the drive belt. Any suggestions I don't want to be broke down on side of road. I have 127,000 miles and original belt and battery

Sounds like you need a fuel pump. The first indication of a fuel pump issue is a hum or drone noise.

all power windows work from the driver's arm rest control however,
all of the other arm rest power window controls do not work separately
on their own.

There is a problem with your charging system. It will start and run just fine until the battery goes dead. Then it will be tow truck city! I wouldn't try to drive it very far in this condition unless you like to walk.
