A wheel speed sensor?

They are located at each individual wheel.

An output or input speed sensor?

They are located on the drivers side of the transmission. They are yellowish white in color and look identical to each other. You will need a 1 inch socket to remove and replace them.

The input speed sensor is towards the front of the transmission and the output speed sensor is located toward the rear of the transmission.

My customer has chrysler 300. He said iT dosen't shift the gear when the vehicle is cold. So I guess something speed sensor dosen't work. Or it has a possibility of the PCM is cause?

the transmission control module is the problem , it may be faulty wiring or need replacing , more diagnosis would be needed to be sure which is the cause , as you say happens only when cold i'd go for a new TCM, but its your call

2006 Chrysler 300 wont go over 35 mph. Also will not shift into lower Drive gears

It is in limp mode. Have the transmission computer scanned for codes. It likely has a bad speed sensor. If it has a code in the trans computer, the computer will lock the transmission is second gear.

I have a 2006 Chrysler 300 Limited, everything seems to be working fine except one problem. I sometimes get the ABS, Traction Control and ESP lights, and they all stop working, which becomes a safety issue...

sounds like wheel speed sensor or air gap on sensor causing intermittent loss of signal, wheel bearings that have play can cause similar condition. With a scanner you can check to see what history codes may be present, if the light(s) are not on when you scan it or have it scanned. Hope this helps
