Yes the drive will clear the water by the fact that the engine gets hot ,some garages love to play with their toys this is nothing just a bit of condensation caused by short runs .

WHAT'S NORMALLY THE CAUSE TO BREAK AN OIL PAN FOR TOYOTA COROLLA CE 2005

Bring it to a mechanic different than the one who gave you that advice. I suspect that the plug gasket is leaking. It is possible that you need a new oil pan if you hit it with something like a rock or driving over a curb. Again a mechanic can inspect it and tell you right away. The dealer oil changes have nothing to do with this.

How I can Fix P0741 Code - Toyota Corolla 2005

The code means your lockup clutch is not working. You're not going into top gear and the transmission is slipping. This burns the oil, and burns extra gas.

Change the solenoid if it's truly broken, and see if the transmission goes into lockup and clears the error code. If so you've saved a lot. But you need to change the oil, too.

A friend has a '97 GMC Jimmy, and has been told she needs a new intake manifold gasket, and that the heads are warped. She doesn't have a lot of money (and only the one vehicle). Any suggestions? And is...

Yes and no. With a chilton repair manual and a torque wrench it's not hard to replace heads on the trucks (LABLE EVERYTHING) The problem is the heads won't be fixable, and at a $1000 a piece for rebuilt ones its not cheap. Most junkyard motors will be there for the same reason as her truck, so don't use heads you don't know are good. Also, buy a complete engine rebuild gasket kit. There are a lot of little gaskets that you cannot but separately and should be replaced as you go. If there is water in the oil (light brown / bubbles) the motor is probably junk, and a motor swap would be better. Lastly give it a shot, most places will just say replace the motor for $3000, so you can't do any more damage and don't forget to replace the thermostat, as this is probably what caused the problem.

Excessive overheating!!!,water within oil.? Was told buy friend needed water pump.? Yet now told it may be the head gasket, or manifold gasket? To drive i constantly fill the antifreeze tank with water yet...

Sounds like a head gasket to me. If the oil is milky than the only way coolant can get into the oil is through the head gasket. Since there is also a lot of whit smoke out the exhaust coolant is getting into the combustion chamber and then getting pushed out the exhaust. Your best option might be to find a low mileage used engine. Heads gaskets can get very expensive!

2003 Toyota Corolla oil pressure light flickers then goes to solid after a short period of time. Last time this happened, changed oil and filters and light went away. Now after maybe 1000 miles of driving,...

see if you have any oil level or pressure sensors. sometimes these can get gunked up. You may need a new oil pump. I suggest you start using a senthetic oil (valvoline, mobil 1 is reccomended) after u get the problem fixed.

Leaking oil was told it had an upper and lower oil pan is this correct? Was told in order to repair upper pan , engine needed to come out, this sounds extreme. what can be done to fix the problem?

to examine this firstly buy some degreaser, clean the engine so the location of the leak can be pin pointed, take it to anothe mechanic for a second opinion {always the wiser move}, always into saving money. Good luck

White fumes in the engine oil filler cap

Sounds like you have blown the head gasket when it got overheated.. The white stuff in the oil cap is emusified oil, a bit like mayonnaise.
You will almost certainly need to replace head gasket and service the cylinder head.
