I just had a 2001 Dodge Truck with the same problem. On that truck, there was only 1 flasher relay for the hazards and the flashers, it was mounted on the back of the fuse box, I was able to get to it from under the dash. The flasher was about $20.

Where is flasher loction on 1990 gmc serria and what does it look like

The flasher for the signals and the flasher for the hazards should be mounted on the left side of the dash slightly below the headlight switch. They will be most likely round and made of plastic or glass. Turn on the 4 way flashers and follow the noise. The signal flasher will be close to the 4 way flasher and look similar

Can a turn signel work for about 15 seconds and then stop? or could it be the relay?

the flasher unit is probably worn out.there is a bi-metalic metal strip that gets tired and won`t expand and contract making the clicking noise you hear when the signals are in use.it stops expanding and contracting causing the flashers to stop working.change the flasher unit but make sure you changing the one for the signal flasher and not the hazards flasher as they look the same.to know which one turn on the hazards and look for the other flasher that is not making a noise as this will be the one for the signals.

How do i fix my blinkers on my 1971 f100 ford ?

There is a flasher unit for the turn signals, separate from the hazard flasher, that is under the dash. If the fuse for the turns is good, and you already know the bulbs are good since the hazards work, then you may have a bad turn signal switch.
When you use the turn switch, do the bulbs come on and stay on, or nothing? If they come on and don't blink, then it's probably a bad turn flasher unit. If they don't come on at all, suspect a bad turn signal switch. But first check the fuses, then pull off the connector to the turn switch and see if you have one hot wire there, with key on. That one hot wire will be from the fuse.

Turn Signals quit working

Sounds like the turn signal flasher is going bad. The easy way to find wher the flasher is hidden is turn the turn signal on and find the clicking, that is the flasher. The emergency flashers work fine because they use a different flasher.

Turn signals dont blink.

You need to replace the turn signal flasher, it's a cylinder shape and may be silver or gold in color. When it goes bad, the turn signals stop flashing. Good luck and keep me posted.

Turn signals all stopped working but the cornering lamps come on when the turn signal lever is moved. where is the turn signal relay?

The turn signal flasher is bad, look in the fuse box for a round piece that is silver, unplug it and replace it. I hope this helps.

My turn signals started blinking really fast, and

Yes it is an easy fix. more than likely it is your flasher.

Blinker stopped working, but the hazard lights still work - I think it's a blown fuse but how and where do I fix the fuse

There is 2 different flashers. One flasher for the turn signals and one flasher for the hazards. If you turn on the turn signals and the turn indicator on the dash lights up but doesn't blink, then most likely it is the turn signal flasher that is bad. Good luck.
