Need to know how to change out the rear bulb on a 2002 ford escort zx2... i see a bunch of wires and can not get the tail light cover off

Most modern tail lights are replaced by gripping the socket (inside the trunk) and twisting counter clockwise. The tail light socket and the bulb will then pull out toward the front of the car. The bulb is removed from the socket by pushing down against the spring and rotating it counterclockwise with relation to the socket (like opening a childproof pill bottle). Good luck.

It is the light box. You know the pulley you use to turn lights on and off??? that goes bad all the time. Replace that and your gold.

Condensation in my lexus rear light

there is a leak, the tail lights are plastic welded seams they leak and allow a tiny amount of water vapor in. Have seen this 100's of times. You will need a new tail light assembly.

Rear marker lights are out but brake lights work

marker lights and brake lights usually are separated -- they use a two filament bulb -- check bulb first -- sometimes the connections get dirty -- use electrical contact cleaner and spray the connections -- if that doesnt work -- there is a short in the wiring
