2003 ford f350 diesel 6.0 turbo wont start - 2003 Ford F350 Super Duty DRW SuperCab

On 2002 Ford Truck F350 Super Duty P/U 4WD 7.3L Turbo Diesel 8cyl the Flasher is located: front seating area, driver side, under dash, mounted in fuse panel.

there is no wastegate on a 6.0l turbo. its a variable geometry turbocharger and doesn't need it. i have never seen a turbocharger cause a misfire, the turbocharger is most likely not your problem. if you didn't clean the intake out when replacing the egr valve there is a really good chance that the egr is bad again. also, a bad egr cooler can cause repeat egr failure. also, fuel injector control module is a common cause for misfire

Hey man I had the same problem it is the fuel pressure control sensor, you can buy one on ebay for about 100.00 I did and problem solved

IF (big if) maintenance was performed properly, it should be great for again that much mileage.
You might want to have the Tranny and the oil pan contents check... just to be sure that all is well.
Anyway, it is a great engine to take a chance on... and 150 K is just broken in......

You can get a performance chip to install into your computer, that will change all that. Go to a good autoparts store and ask. ZOOM...seeyalater!
