Turn key in ignition from position 1 to position 2 and back four times quickly you will hear beep remove key press any remote button you will hear second beep and thats it youve just reprogramed your keyfob this also works for ford key fobs but i think its five key turns from 1 to 2

The previous solution is correct, but don't forget to have the drivers door open when you do it or the solution won't work. You can re-key more than one key at a time, as long as you leave too long between each new key.

The only way to program them is with a scan tool so you'll need to visit your local dealer to have it done. Here is how it is done.

Install a scan tool.
Use the scan tool in order to access programming: Vehicle Control System/Computer Integrating System/Module Setup/BCM/Program Key Fobs.
Press the START soft key on the scan tool. Important: The scan tool must stay connected until all of the transmitters are programmed.
Press and hold the LOCK button and the UNLOCK button simultaneously on one transmitter. After a delay of 5-10 seconds, the scan tool will indicate that the transmitter is programmed.
Repeat the previous step in order to program up to 4 transmitters.
Remove the scan tool.
Operate the transmitter functions in order to verify correct system operation.

How do i reprogram electronic door locks

Programming Electronic Door Lock Control System NOTE: The electronic door lock control processor (14B001) erases all previous keyless entry remote transmitter (15K601) from memory when the keyless entry remote transmitters are programmed or reprogrammed. The electronic door lock control processor can store up to four keyless entry remote transmitters in memory.

To program (or reprogram) keyless entry remote transmitter into the electronic door lock control processor, perform the following steps:

Turn ignition switch to the RUN position and momentarily short the two terminals of the program connector taped to the wire assembly and located behind the glove compartment. All doors should lock and then unlock. Remove shorting pin.

Press any button on keyless entry remote transmitter. All doors should lock and then unlock to verify the keyless entry remote transmitter has been programmed. If door locks do not respond, press button again (up to three times maximum with the same keyless entry remote transmitter).

Repeat the above step to program additional keyless entry remote transmitters into the electronic door lock control processor (up to four keyless entry remote transmitters maximum).

Turn ignition switch OFF. All doors should lock and then unlock.

Check operation.

you must reprogram your transmitters due to the fact that the memory in the module has been erased by the removal of power

you should be able to have them tested at parts department at chevy dealership and I dont think they will charge ya. I may be wrong but they can test them.otherwise it could be a unit called a liftgate module is what recieves signal

The remote is fine - your problem is the lock actuators in the doors. They're a bit of a pain to replace - so, you may want to have a professional do it.
