Check the fuel pressure regulator. Pull the vacuum hose to see if it has fuel in it. If it does that is your problem.

2001 chevy blazer multi cyl misfire, fuel trim @ -30, all inj seem to drop about 5psi on inj balance test, o2 sensors switching

It sounds like it is running rich - possible injector poppets hanging open. Clean the injectors - You need to have a pressurized fuel injection done (which requires special tools). You will want to remove the mass air flow censor from the induction tube; remove the four torque bit screws; seperate two metal ends from plastic piece and clean the little wires on the censor with brake clean and used compressed air to dry.

1999 Ford Taurus mechanical problem

Hello,
your problem appears to be the idle control motor located on the air intake manifold it is a small motor that goes bad quite often. Other items that can cause this is a bad /clogged air filter or a tune up (spark plugs and wires), or clogged fuel injectors. to clean the injectors you can buy a container of fuel system cleaner and pour it into the gas tank and as you drive it cleans the system.

Once the fuel system is cleaned via a tankful of cleaner & gas then the idle controller motor would be next on the list to be replaced.

Good Luck !
