Sounds like a sure problem with the starter. Try taking a hammer and hitting it hard a couple of times. After doing that try starting it again and if it starts you know you nneed to replace it. Hopes this helps
This is very common problem, the starter is bad, theres a dead spot in the winding, replace the starter and that will solve your problem. hope this helps.
