Should have two lights check engine and service engine soon.check engine means there is a malfunction.service soon is reprogrammable,when you change you oil. check you owners manual for reset.

SOURCE: how to reset "service engine soon" light?
Go to your local autoparts store and they can scan it and reset it for free. Get and note the code that they give to you and I can give you the right course of action to repiar it.

it has a misfire for sure. Need to have it scanned to find out which cylinder it is then i can tell you the proper diagnostic routine. Autozone scans them for free.

The service light means something is wrong with the car and it needs attention now. Get the codes checked and that will tell you what is wrong with it.
