The fuel soaked plugs are what's called "flooding". You need to troubleshoot the ignition system, my guess is that you're not getting spark to fire the cylinders. Was this a gradual thing or did it just fail one day?
If the plugs are getting wett and its carberated then your either pumping the gas to much or the needle valves on the floats are getting stuck open causeing exces gas to be pumped into the engine. now if its not carberated and fuel injected then the fuel pressure regulater has gone bad and the hose going to it from the intake is sucking gas through that and fouling out the plugs.
Will try to offer free help.the reason the plugs keep getting soaked with gas is because you heve no spark to cylinders.suggest that you check main fuse box under the hood for blown main fuse,or ecm blown fuse. if not that, move on to coil. it;s not getting fire,in other words. try to narrow your search in that direction. it's not fuel related problem, just spark. could be bad coil, check for fire from coil, pull any plug wire from plug, insert screwdriver into that wire that connects to plug, ground the screw driver to metal while it's in the plug wire, you should see a spark when engine is being turned over in an attempt to start,no fire? check for a bad coil.remember!check fuses first, then move on to test for fire from the coil. need further help?please repost your question in detail please,to fixya.com and thank you for choosing fixya.com
