I have found that starting problems relating to moisture can usually be fixed by a new set of good plug wires. get a set made for the motor, not a set of generic ones. and get a can of the spray moisture displacer stuff and spray it on both ends of the wires before you connect them. do one wire at a time so you do not mix them up.

Why do the windows on my 2009 caravanfog uponce Istart todrive? The windows will beclear after I warm it up but once I start drive they fog up.I do not smell antifreezeand the heater core lookslikenew.

windows fog up on the inside simply because of the hot breath of the occupants
this heat is cooled by the screen and condenses and so a fog is created
simple physics really - hot moisture + cold air =rain to over come this quickly run the air conditioner ( climate control) and that takes the moisture out of the air in the car and then the windscreen clears
you are going to say that it is too cold for the ac to run well at the same time run the heater until you have a pleasant temperature that is dry ( climate control--when it gets too hot the ac cuts in and when it gets to cold the ac switches off BUT the moisture that causes the fog on the windows is gone )

I have a 1988 dodge d100 that has trouble starting when cold

if it has a distributor cap it may have a hairline crack in it causing moisture to stop it from firing.Part outlets sell a plasticoat spray that you can spray on the distributor and seal it,causing the moisture to stay out/dry.You might want to try that, take a chance

Truck won't start cold, fuel pump relay and a.s.d relay clicking no fuel or spark. eventually when the clicking stops I hear the fuelpump run and with some difficulty I can start the engine. it runs pretty...

I would replace the A S D relay. it's located in the fuse box under the hood. It's inexpensive at the dealer. My ASD relay was acting up, and it wanted to bog down while driving, and sputter pulling away from a red light. once it finally goes, the vehicle won't start at all.

I hope this helps

Truck runs but cuts off after driving but will start again after sit up for a while

hi, if the truck starts and runs fine from cold but then starts playing up when it reaches normal running temp then has trouble starting untill it has cooled down if this is the case then i would say that your oxgen sensor(or lambda sensor for its proper name) needs replacing.
The reason it points towards this is that this sensor dont start working untill the engine is more or less up to temp so if this is when you start getting problems then this is what i would get changed first.

Let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance.

My 2004 dodge durango cuts off and my check engine stays on

Save a lot of guessing and unnecessary expense & run into a PepBoys, or Autozone and have them scan for trouble codes (free) and go from there. If it's obvious from codes, what the problem is, buy the part while your there, but if not, get back to us with code(s) and we'll assist you further.

Fuel pump 1990 shadow

it does sound like a fuel pump problem and they are fairly easy. but make sure the ingtion system is good first. those cars are bad on distributor caps and rotor also the coils when the car is running good spray water with a spray bottle over the ignition system if the car dies you should start their. good luck

The car doesnt run

you have a sensor some were not likeing the heat. they can go this way sometimes. you need to run diagnostics as the engine is warming up and have it set to view the engine as it warms up to find the problem. it could be a cam sensor as they prone to do this when they are hot then work fine when they are cool.
