The RPM is a display indicator of vehicle performance in relation to fast moving capabilities.
A vehicle that requires so much RPM has functions explanable
1. multi purpose vehicles like sports utility require more RPM considering the functionality in relation to performance. for example, a sports utility vehicle requiring tow capabilities would be greatly reduced without high RPM considering that builting an engine and structure so rigid would be disproportionate with RPM. The sports utility vehicle for example has multi purposes requiring features the contribute towards achiev ing each additional functionity. The RPM provides the appropaie measure of propertionality in the functionality and especially for an operational guideline.
2. 60 RPM has been the standard for several vehicles of similar capacity and would be drastic measure to increase without any additional vehicle upgrades to complement the entire functionity of vehicle.
