Drove through a puddle, power steering out and temp gauge on high, battery light on

I've seen it happen many times on the older Caravans, if you hit a really deep puddle, the splash can knock the accessory drive belt off of its pulleys. You can just gently pry the belt back on, consult a service manual for detailed installation directions.

Power steering went out while driving and battery

If the belt gets wet and flies off, or starts to slip, the power steering and alternator will stop spinning causing this condition.

Check belts to see if they are still on the truck and spinning the pulleys of the alternator and power steering pump.

This is very common, Tires, especially wider tires, have hard time going straight through puddles. It is very common. You may want to think about thinner tires. Also, thinner tires go better through the snow as well.
