The Isuzu Amigo 2.6L 4 cyl , The Isuzu Trooper 2.6L 4 Cyl and the Honda Passport I believe with a 2.6L all have the same 4ZE1 2.6L 4 Cyl engine in them.
As per this page => http://www.automotix.net/autorepair/mazda-miata-engine_repair_guide-1772.html, found it looking for the same flywheel "cup" (aka we all call it a "step" but the machinists have a different flywheel that they call stepped so the one attached to the 4ZE1 is "Cupped") . Says the cut spec is .157"-.159" , so in this case the clutch pressure plate bolting surface is .157"-.159" higher then the center flat friction surface that the clutch disc sits in. (it doesn't indicate that it's inches or mm but I assume that because most usa machine shops use thousands of an inch calipers and micrometers it's more then likely inches).
Hope that helps you or anyone out there who needed that info :] .
