ESC MODULE WHICH IS CALLED THE ELECTRONIC SPARK CONTROL MODULE.IS THE KNOCK SENSOR MODULE SEND 8 TO 10 VOLTS TO THE ECM INDICATING THERE IS NO DETONATION.KNOCK SENSOR MODULE LOCATED ON THE LOW SIDE OF THE ENGINE BLOCK.ESC MODULE ANOTHER NAME FOR KNOCK SENSOR.

On my 93 chevy s10 4x4 blazer, my instrument panel worked before new motor was put in, after having the new engine put in, my fuel gauge, oil pressure, voltmeter, rpm, and my temp gauge all quit worki
Look for a missing ground strap from the engine to the body or frame. Remember the engine sits on rubber mounts so that ground strap is essential.

For 1993 Chevrolet Truck S10 Blazer 4WD 4.3L CPI 6cyl the Engine Control Computer is located in front seating area, passenger side, behind dash, above glove compartment cavity, mounted on dash upper panel.

My 4.3 vortec engine in my s10 blazer won't start unless throttle body spray is used. Already replaced the fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel injector, fuel regulator, and the computer.
try the ignition module. if it is bad it does not send the signal for the the throttle body injectors to spray feul.

try yhe pickup coil or ignition module wich are both located on the distributor or the igniton coil.im going through the same thing.all i have left to try is the ignition module.if i get it ill be sure to let you know

the problem is common for the 93-94-95 4.3 vortex its the spider injection located inside the plenum the part costs between $250 to 400 i had to replace on girlfreinds 94 blazer. ifound one o ebay for $100
