My blower will not turn on in my 2008 jeep liberty. There is no air movement whatsoever. It doesnt matter if it is cold air or hot air, it also doesn't matter if my viechle is moving or parked, and if the blower is on high, medium or low. It worked perfectly fine yestderay when I was driving but, today it does not work at all...What do you think it could be?

It can be the motor, the fuse, or the wiring. I doubt it is the control panel. There are diagrams at the link below, but they are incomplete and do not show the blower fuse. Look for the blower fuse in the box under the hood. If the fuse is good, jump power directly to the blower pins to see if it runs. If it does, and the fuse is good, then start checking the wiring.

SOURCE: 2008 jeep liberty navigation safety disable question

Can't be done. All the safety items are controlled by the ECM.
If the ECM senses the car moving via the speed sensor, it will disable the nav. To disable the safety would be to disable the computer and the car will not run.

Check your fuse thats a new vehicle so you might want to let the dealer look at it if its not a fuse. It should still have dealer warranty

Your blower motor resistor has gone bad. Everytime these go out (definitely happens a lot on Jeep) you will lose every speed except for the highest one. Replace your resistor and you will be back to new. Let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks for using FixYa!

SOURCE: I have a 2008 Jeep Liberty sport it has 39600 back-up lights not

If you have tested fuses and bulbs with test light, and they check out,
the next step is to put you jeep in reverse with the key on,and use your test light to probe the wires before they enter the bulb sockets for power,if you have power replace sockets,if not check to make sure wires are still connected to back up light switch on trans,if you find no problem there, replace the switch

Testimonial: "Thank you for the info on my jeep. I brought it to my mechanic and he could not find where the new switch goes.I will bring it to the dealer."

2006 jeep liberty don't blow hot air from heater

More detail information would help. Is your blower motor working ? If you turn the A/C on, do you get cold air from the vents ? If the motor is working, then you might have a problem with your actuator. Might just be a blown fuse.

My 2002 Jeep Liberty 3.7 don't throw me heat only cold air

There is something called a blend door in the heater box. This door is what moves to change from cold air to warm air. The part is 86 dollars online. http://www.factorychryslerparts.com/products/JEEP/LIBERTY/ACTUATOR-Blend-Door-AC-and-Heater/4341513/05066519AA.html

I have a 2008 Jeep Liberty. The heater/air blower just quit working, I checked the fuse and that was good. What's the problem?

most likely its the blower motor unless it has a relay that you cant check you just have to replace it. sometimes you will have a few relays that are the same and you can use one just to see if thats the problem, but make sure its not one that controls anything major.

My automatic headlights stopped working on my 2009 Jeep Liberty. I can turn them on manually.

My 2008 jeep liberty's headlights flickered when I was just driving down the road in the dark and then completely shut off on me. My fog lights are the only lights that work now and my lights continue to blink off and on a couple times and then completely off. Now that this has happened my jeep will continue to lock and unlock itself and also my blowers for heat and cool air will not blow at all...

I have a 2002 Jeep Liberty Limited, 3.7 L motor. The heater will not blow hot air. The A/C and fan work well. When I turn the temperature dial to hot, there is only cold air coming out. Can you assist me?

Jeeps are notorious for having broken temperature control (Blend Air) doors. A malfunctioning Blend Air Door actuator probably caused it to break. The dash will have to be removed to replacethe door and the door actuator.

That's not good! Are you finding puddles under the vehicle, or is your passenger side carpet wet? Is there any odor to the air. If any of this is yes, your heater core may be going out.
