First I would check and see if its leaking for the front window.take a water hose and spray water around the seal of the window and see if it leaks. If it don't then I would take do the same test around door seal and the passanger side window.
someone kicked the A/C drain hose out of its hole in the floorboard... reach around near the rearmost portion of the floor on the passanger floor near the center of the car... and chances you will find the hose... push it down into the floor where the hole is...
there may be a few things causing this, first make sure there no open holes in floor, then check trunk seal and make sure its not coming from trunk, next would be the back window, take a water hose and spray diffrent areas and check for leaks inside, could be also rubber around the back door or rust holes in wheel wells of rear wheels,
The first place I would look is the floor board caps. Make sure one or more of them aren't pushed up, allowing water to enter the cabin. Also, because your defroster is probably on while it's raining, make sure the A/C drain plug isn't clogged. It's a small rubber fiting that sticks out from inside the firewall, behind the engine. Simply pull it out and clean it. When you pull it out, you might be surprised to see water coming out of the hole!
Just a couple things to check. I hope this helps! :)
check your heater coil under the dash on passanger side for leak at joint areas. it could be condensation from the AC condencer dripping down the line that goes into the firewall, if so seal that area with a good sylicone.
Check for Leak in your Heater Core... ie; Passanger Side floor board. up the carpet to the Firewall and behind the center Console. If this is a Slow leak the carpet might not show wet. Check the padding under the carpet.
