Fuse 4 does the cigarette light and the side mirrors. Do the mirrors work? 415A Cigarette lighter and control system for side mirrors
Fuse 6 does tail lights

15A Stop lights
Fuse 14 does the Dash Lights

10A Interior lighting and luggage. compartments, clock, radio or radio tape recorder, instrument cluster, central door lock control unit, engine control unit, automatic transmission control unit
If all those fuses are okay, you need a good auto-electrician.
Is it only the gauges or the all the instruments and heater controls? The first place I'd look at will be the dimmer switch. Normally the instrument lighting shares the same circuit as the parking/valet lights.
It's more likely a fuse is blown, the tail lights are on the same fuse as the dash illumination, check the tail lights if they are not working replace the fuse marked 'tail' in the fuse panel on the inside at the left side of the dash under the cover. At the same time check the 'gauge' fuse', there is a fuse location diagram on the cover.
well it sounds like a computer issue the one that needs replacement is the " body ecu " it controls the lights, heater, seat belt sound and etc. should be under the dash.
These lights for the dash are controlled by a rheostat instrument control dimmer switch next to the main light switch for the headlights, it is either turned off (have seen this dozens of times) or it is defective. Below is a picture of the switch assembly I speak of. The thumb wheel next to the knob is the dimmer control.
It sounds like a bad ground. Check the ground circuits to your dash lights as well as check out your tail lights to make sure they are working properly. (The tail lights run on the same circuit as the dash lights, although tey have a separate grounding point.) The gauges are most likely going goofy because the dash and/or tail lights are trying to pull ground through the gauges circuit.
check your fuses.your tail light bulbs are working if they flash with the remote lock, but that would be a different fuse. Dido for the dash lights and lighter.
If they all stopped working at the same time then it is probably a fuse or possibly 2. Check your fuse panels in the dash and under the hood. The dash lights and gauges should be a fuse labeled instrument cluster or guages, it is probably blown. The other fuse to look for will be the tail light fuse. This is where I would begin.
From what you are describing it sounds as if the headlight switch has gone bad. That switch controls not only the headlights but the tail lights and all dash lights. Everything that IS working is connected to other switches not related to the headlight switch. You can either buy a new one or get a used one from a junk yard or ebay. Pay particular attention when getting a replacement as there are 3 different models which vary depending on options such as Auto mode and Foglights.
Replacement is easy. Using a flat screwdriver carefully pry off the trim cover around the switch. The switch is held in with some screws. Be careful disconnecting the wires so as not to break the locking tabs. The trim just pushes firmly back into place.
