Jaguar had a problem with their fuel rails rusting out from the inside filling the little screens in the top of the fuel injectors blocking the flow of fuel. I ran into this problem several times and solved it by replacing the fuel rail and cleaning the injectors. Don't know if this is your problem but it is a suggestion based on my past experience. I am assuming you have good ignition and have a fuel delivery problem. You might try disconnecting the feed pipe from the fuel rail and seeing if there is any fuel pressure there. If there is pressure, check the fuel rail. Also you might spray a little starting fluid into the air cleaner to see if it fires up. If it does and then dies you know for sure you have a fuel problem. Good luck!
