The truck is sputtering and seems like the fuel delivery is like pulsing ....this happens between 10-35 mph...is it the fuel filter or could it be the fuel pump........also the fuel capacity gauge is not working.........shows way full !!

I would try replacing the fuel filter, it's the cheapest place to start. You may have a bad connection at the fuel pump module. Or the fuel pump and sending unit, which is attached to the fuel pump module is bad. I would also check the fuses.
