Hi! As a first course of action I strongly suggest that you open the hood and remove the positive battery connector then let it sit for atleast 5mins. to reset the car's system. After 5mins. reconnect the battery connector, turn the engine on and see how it goes. Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa!
Usually, if this happens, take it to the dealer where they can program the key to the immobilizer.
Sometimes disconnecting the battery cable for about 5 minutes will reset the security system. And then the vehicle will start.

PASS-Key?® III System
The PASS-Key?® III system is designed to help prevent vehicle theft by disabling the engine unless an ignition key with a specific electrical value is used in the ignition lock cylinder. The PASS-Key?® III system operates independently of the CTD system. Protection is provided even if the CTD system is not armed. The components of the system are the ignition keys (black or gray), ignition lock cylinder, Theft Deterrent (VTD) module, Reader Exciter, Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and two starter relays (START 1 and 2) in the underhood fuse block.
