I purchased a non running 95 Diamante at auction.. Was told it had after market alarm (no code to disarm) and it would not start.. Had car looked at and starter replaced, Still doesnt start (possible bad engine? fine I will deal with that) What is bugging me though is the sunroof will open (electric) but not a single power window will roll down. You can hear each window motor click but nothing happens.. After market alarm the problem?? How do I fix??

Sounds Like the motor remove the door panel and make sure it is plugged in properly also at the switch. then if they are ok you will have to check to make sure you have power and ground at the motor when operating the switch. if you have both then you will need a motor. the power and ground at the motor will alternate dependeing on which way you have the switch make sure you check for both in up and down postions

definatly no fuse try and swap the rear window swithes over and see if the other window works with that switch but my guess is that it is the regulator in the door not the motor ,that is the cablr that the motor wind up and down open the door cover and have a look at it

they run on a worm-gear as i remember plastic and i pulled the entire thing out and cleaned and greased it try pulling on it as you press the button is my best answer otherwise a project

The sunroof motor is right above the open/close button inside the headliner. You are going to have to remove the headliner to replace it. Just a couple of screws and a connector from there.
