Hi,
I have a similary problem already posted here, my pajero Idling speed is low but it doesn't stall whem i stop.
The thing is, the low idling creates a slate vibration in the gear box, specially after running for a while. I don't know where to start.
i have already clean some staff around, like trottle body and EGR valve.
There is anything else should i have to do?
Please give me some tips how to solve this problem.

i have a small problem, pajero io 1999 1.6, idling low, when i turn the ac on the dam car dies on me, wont start when cold unless i put my foot on the gas.
My Pajero IO 1999 model , idles real low and makes a sort of "jolting" noise when I am parked most noticably with the air condition on. I have gone to the mechanics of the Agent on more than one occasion. They claimed to have cleaned the trottle or re gap the spark plug but the problem persist.
I am frustarted .....what should I do?

Well, I had similar problem once. My mechanic told me the problem is "throttle body". I replaced it but the was vibrating. My mechanic found that the "engine mountings" were all broken. He replaced them and the car was OK.
