2003 Hyundai Santa Fe clock stopped working

I would start with a fuse check. These do burn out the digital display and if you live in a high temperature area it will most likely just need replaced

I would check all of your fuses to make sure none of them have blown. Also your odometer and trip settings are based off of you speedometer is if it breaks it will take keep other things from working until it is repaired. also if you feel any difference in your shifting it can be due to the fact the your speedometer is not working I would take it to a certified auto shop as soon as possible if a blown fuse is not the cause of your problem.

check all your fuses and relays that would be a good start and if that dont work take it to a certified mechanic who specializes in electrical or last resort take it in to the dealer and let them figure it out.

Take/Tow your vehicle to an authorized Hyundai dealership and pay the diagnostic fee... they will tell you exactly what the problem is and the cost of parts/labor to fix it... at least this way you'll know what the problem is and what's required to fix it.

This would be a faulty EGR valve.

Check fuses... replace as needed. If fuse(s) are blown/keep blowing, a short exists and diagnosis/ troubleshooting is required.

There is obviously a short circuit somewhere. Best solution, take vehicle to nearest Hyundai Service Center, pay diagnostic fee. They will give you an estimate of repairs (parts, labor, tax, time-frame, etc.). This way you'll find out EXACTLY what the problem is and what's required to fix it.

try taking a pin and cleaning the holes on the squirters and if that does not work check the washer pump it is located on the washer fluid tank

I had the same problem with my 2003 santa fe. Do you have any brake lights out in back? Weird as it is, as soon as I fixed a burned out brake bulb, my cruise worked again. The only relation I can think of is that tapping the breaks causes cruise to turn off - so maybe a broken brake/tail light passes a singal to cruise control from some reason???

Hi it is the clock itself. hyundai santafes as a major issues with these. The only way to fix it is to get a new clock installed
