If you had 3 windows go out at the same time. Could be the master switch or the wiring. It usually breaks in the rubber boot at the front of the drivers door jam. If they died one at a time, then most likely the window regulator.
Most likely It could be a blown fuse or the window switch itself. If you here a noise like there is a metal cord rubbing against the door panel it could be the window regulator/ window motor.
I don't know where all these other dipsh!ts got their info but on a Honda PILOT the fuel filter is located in the fuel tank only. And is supposed to be non-serviceable. There is no filter on the firewall.

if you try to move the windows with the other switches on the other doors and the windows still do not work then replace the drivers door master switch. the circuit for all windows runs through that switch
with the window fully closed turn the car on. hold the button in the down position till the window is down wait 5 sec the repeat up and hold it 5 sec after window up. congrads just programed
