I have a 2005 Chev Tahoe and got a CD stuck in the factor installed player. When I hit the eject it just makes noise but won't eject the CD. Any advice. Greg

My 2005 chev tahoe cd player won't play cd's and won't eject them. The cd light keeps flashing. I don't think there is on stuck. There wasn't any signs of trouble before this...

I have run into this problem many times on your particular type of radio. I have worked in a gm dealership for years. Sometimes we can reprogram them and they work better, but all will eventually need replaced. The cheaper option is to have an aftermarket radio installed, for the price of a new factory radio, you could have a much nicer aftermarket unit.

WITH A CD ALREADY IN THE SINGLE PLAYER(i didn't know this at the time,it's my wife truck,2005 tahoe) I PUT ANOTHER CD IN ALSO, I THINK IT WENT OVER TOP OF THE ONE ALREADY IN THE PLAYER,BUT NOW I CAN'T GET...

Best Buy would be preferred! They may be lucky enough to remove the problem while still in the car but they just might have to pull the player as well to take the top cover off and unjam it that direction. The dealer would be less helpful.

2005 Chevy Tahoe liftgate won't unlock. The fuse is good. What else should I look for?

You should listen for noises inside the liftgate. When you hit unluck, do you hear the actuator moving? If not, it is probably rusted and/or stuck. If you can get to it, hit it with penetrating oil. This is a common problem on many makes and models!

CD stuck in player of 2005 ford freestar

Take another cd and push the stuck one all the way back then try and eject it. If it doesn't come out right away do the process again this time when you hit eject take another cd and push down or up on it. Wiggle it around so it catches the rollers in there. Using CDs with homemade labels causes jams when the stickers peel up.
