The belt is aging-no hot rodding until new belt--buy a haynes manual for all maintenance tips
Try talking the belt off and flipping it around so it rotates the other way. If the sound goes away problem solved. It sounds rediculous but it does work about 80% of the time.
If it comes back or doesn't go away you can always try replacing the belt.

Try WD-40 on the belt...spray while car is running. Lubes the belt and pulley. Might just be THAT easy
