How to replace a left front turn signal bulb on a 2001 pontiac sunfire, 2 door. It is down in the spoiler and when I go underneath the spoiler is there, so im not sure how to get to it

Two possible causes
If it is only the left turn signal then the switch has worn switch contacts and you need to replace it with a new indicator stalk switch.
If both left and right the flasher unit could be faulty.
Pop the hood and remove the black shroud that covers the space between the grill and rad mount. you should find 2 bolts holding the entire headlight assembly and just back them out. It will come out in 1 piece. You can now change the bulb or replace the entire assembly.
